You can't beat Syntrax as far as the stats go. Low Calorie, no carbs, no sugar...etc. I think all of the Supplement Sites sell it. The Vitamin Shoppe also sells it. It is a little more expensive but they match their website price which is a little lower. Since I order mine 3 months at a time I usually order on-line from one of the Supplement Shops like Vitalady.com, Supplement Warehouse, Netrition.com or LuckyVitamin.com. I use to buy all flavors of the Syntrax but now I just buty the Lemon Tea. I drink it plain or I add Crystal lite or MIO flavorings. I love the Matrix Mint Cookie too (It's also made by Syntrax). I only drink it one time a day because of the carbs though.
I think it costs about $31.00 per jug. I have 3 a day so I go through about 2 jugs a month. I know that sounds like a lot but when I think of all of the junk food I don't buy anymore it's a steal. I probably spent $5.00 or more a day on chips, cookies, candy, Pepsi etc.

Calories 1297 protein 66 carbs 140
Miles- 10 hr work day (1st in 12 weeks)
