Goya mix curry rice n fresh frozen peas ( total ciomplete protein AND filling whole grains and slowly digested carbs ..... chicken breast saag paneer ( with spinach and Indian spices) .... fat free potato latkes and decaf coffee latte ...yum !

Well... i guess my choice was #1 my tummy, #2 my boobs and the rest was forgotten :) But I'd love to have something done with my legs, but don't see it happening.
