WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Halloween !!!!!!!! Our Trick or Treat was moved to Saturday because of all of the rain so I guess I get to leave my Halloween decorations up for a few more days....YEAH!
WOW...went jean shopping yesterday and it was a super depressing day! I have so much extra skin above my knees and I just don't like looking at myself in jeans. If there was anything I would choose to have plastics done on it would definitely be my legs! DH would choose other areas....LOL but since it would be my choice: #1 Legs, #2 tummy, and #3 boobs.

I had my hundred plus protein , and my planned meal. It's Halloween the devil is in my head , Unfortunetley it's been candy all day. I hate school parties. I feel guilty and horrible. I just want to go home. I feel I'll never reach goal. Tomorrows a new day, I'm just sad and down that I have such an addiction to junk. Hope you all are battling the candy better than me.
Cream cheese pancakes are my new transfer addiction - I can forgo chocolate easily thanks to these!!

Just don't ignore the shape like I did the first time as they really need to be something approximating pancake shape and not scrambled eggs. I have to get a new spatula for the frying pan I bought and hopefully they won't break up as much as they have been.

I found that recipe a while ago and tweaked it to have more protein. :0)
I find that if you add a little chia meal (ground chia seeds) it helps to bind them and they stick together nicely.
Tonight I'm experimenting with making pasta out of Pea Protein, eggs and a titch of olive oil. Hopefully it'll turn out okay.
I think most of us have an addiction to junk food and that's how we got in this mess in the first place. Just don't give up and keep posting!
