haven't posted in a while...issues
Holly - glad to see you back! It sounds to me like you're doing the right thing in contacting your doctors and getting the help you need. I know thyroids can do all kinds of strange things to your body, so once that's regulated I'm sure the weight loss will start again.
(((HUGS))) to you!

Thanks,Jody. Yeah, the regain has scared me silly. It is too much like the pay it was pre surgery wwhen no matter how well I stayed on program I couldn't lose. I just can't go back there, simply cannot and that has exacerbated my depression terrifically/ Most clothes still fit but are really too tight sometimes, but I will not go buy any more in a larger size, lol. Also too much like pre op.
I have tried less food, more, food, shakes only, dense protein only, veggies n shakes, veggies n protein. more exercise, less exercise ,no exercise.and on and on. Luckily,I am still carb free cause instinctively I know that would be a spiral I couldn't stop right now,so I don;t even go there.
Will keep you posted.
What a tough few months you have been having. I can only imagine how scared you were. Focus on getting the health issues addressed and then hopefully the weight will start coming back off. Sending healing thoughts your way!! Thanks for posting and sharing what YOU have been going through. We learn from one another and CAN support one another. Sounds like you have a beginning plan and hopefully can only improve from here.
