My most recent are in the far right column.

My vites are:

3 proferrin ES

50,000 Vit d 3 times a week

100,000 vit D 4 times a week

1000 bone strength (cal hydroxy apatite)

1000 cal cit

50,000 vit A

2 multis

5,000 B12

400 chelated mag

5,000 K2

1,000 K1

multi B 4 times a week

1000 Vit C

These are total for the day.  They are obviously spread out through the day.

TIA

Very nice! I think what I would do is cut the B-complex to once a week and take a separate B1 vitamin every day. Also, can you also take Tender iron or does it bother your system?  Looks like a combo of the Proferrin and Tender iron might help keep your iron and ferritin up. You can probably cut your B12 back to 5 days a week rather than 7 days a week.

Thank you so much!  I am especially proud of my PTH.  I will add back the carbonyl (sp?) iron I used to take.  It was a chewable lime flavored thing.  it is the only non heme iron I can tolerate.  They come in 60mg.  I will take 2 to start(?).

I think 2 of the carbonyl iron would be fine and keep taking the Proferrin the way you are. My understanding is the carbonyl will help with the ferritin and the heme will help with hematocrit and hemoglobin.

So how much B1 should I take?  I got a bottle of 100mg tabs.  My B1 was 126.7, with a range of 66-200.  I did not have the lab value when I first started this thread, but I have it now.

TIA,

Megan

I would take one every other day, and when you replace that bottle, switch to a 50mg dose and take it every day.
