It feels like I missed something cause this is not much. I should have had lunch, I didn't
all vits done except iron
no intentional exercise today-laundry done in basement and shopping at meijer.
missed one dose of calcium, but too late to take it now. Time for iron soon.

I bought some pumpkin seeds yesterday. I haven't had them for a long time.

Yes, some days get away from me and are over before I can eat enough! Had my check up today. Going back to work Tomorrow , just doing M-W-F for a few weeks then back to full time.
