Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Hope every ones safe!  I just keep checking my Storm Updates post to see how you are all doing.  They have moved most of our Trick or Treat nights  to Saturday.  So far I think we are the only township still having it.

Hey Roz!!! Cold and drizzly in Ohio. Hoping the weather holds out for trick or treat Wed. The candy will be gone no matter what!!! LOL. it's been a bad season. I am a sugar addict. Period.

Very cold and windy here but at least we aren't going to flood.  We may have some snow this evening.  The water pump went out in DS's group home and I don't know if he will be here for supper or not.  That will influnence what gets cooked for supper. Just found out they are fixed so he will go back to the group home.  Now to figure out what for us. Going to Muscle pump which complicates supper.

Every day there is something that complicates dinner at our house...LOL  It's just the norm for us.

I need to buy some Unjury chicken broth.  I haven't had it since right after surgery and I remember it tasting good.  I might order some today.  Is Unjury the only one who sells it?
