I've read in Vitalady literature IIRC that the max absorption is 30g protein in now go, but I've also heard that often refuted. My take on it for a DSer is as we only absorb 50% of the protein we consume then 60g protein would result in a DSer only absorbing 30g in one go.

I also had a bag of pork scratchings (for the first time ever!!) - I think that's quite English, you may know it as pork rinds or pork crackling. It had 20g of protein, but it doesn't count, boo hoo! :-( They were nice all the same though!! ;) ...will try making pepperoni crisps next | |

I my DS
Spent the night with friends in SC so I was at their mercy for breakfast but didn't do too bad after that. The weather for the drive this morning was wonderful, sunny and almost hot. But on the way home it kept getting cloudier and colder. It is cold, wet and windy here but I won't complain. At least we are not getting the blunt of the storm.

I went back and did the shift enter like Gina suggested and it made it single spaced. What a pain!!
