New to the board
Hi everyone, I look around in here sometime too. I don't know if I completely qualify as a lightweight as I was about 100 lbs overweight, but I am down to BMI of 36 now. I am 6 weeks out and have had a fairly smooth ride so far. Just tired. Best to all, enjoy the ride. Candy

Welcome! 100 lbs. or lower to lose is the normal on the LW board. Usually around a 40 BMI. Congrats on what you have lost so far!
It's normal to be tired the first couple months but if it goes longer than that you should get checked out. Are you getting all of your Protein in and taking Good vitamins, supplements, calcium citrate, and B12?

I try on the liquids, protein and vitamins every day. Don't always succeed. lol I use BA vitamins and GNC and Unjury protein powder so all are good brands. My starting BMI was 42. Thanks for the welcome!
