Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Good Morning LW's!!  I took off this morning without my Protein cup!!  I could have kicked myself. I used to have an extra cup at work but apprarently I must have forgotten it before and then took the extra cup home.  Time to bring in another one.  I have to pick DD up at noon so I'll be making a fast stop at my house.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

 Good morning! Well the scale was up again! :( I'm hoping by Sunday everything will even out and run through me from my bad eating last week. I've been on track these last two days. Sometimes each hour is a head struggle with food. I've been feeling. Little hopeless that I'm stuck here at 155. Just stay on track......

Your totals sound great!  Do you pack your protein etc. when you go on your hunting trips?  You could pack things like jerky and dried meats.

 Yes I do , I pack lunch meat , string cheese, antelope burgers ect... It's just that I Sneek in my boyfriends cooler and eat his snickers and chips. :(

got my labs done this morning for my 2 yr appt next month (2 yrs was Sept but my Dr is late).  Drove Chili, getting some work done before meetings this afternoon.  I forgot to get my flu shot before I left the Dr so I'm stopping back there and going to vote before my meeting.  I will feel quite virtuous after all that, labs, flu shot and voting.

Thanks Price - you just reminded me to put the appoint for a flu shot in my calendar for Saturday. It's an open clinic in the morning and you just show up and get stabbed nice n quickly... I don't 'do' having the flu!!

I don't know how you keep track of your schedule!!!!.....LOL.  I need to get my labs done too.  I'm off next Tuesday so I think I will do it then. 

I need to make some PB cookies this evening. I ran home at lunch and got my Protein cup and Grabbed a PB sandwich.  My cupboards were bare and that's the fastest thing I could find....boy did it taste good....
