 plate of fatfree homemade chicken mc nuggets  n  lowfat homemade peanut sauce 

three  one-scoop coffee lattes 

probably  quinoa  salad w feta n edamame salad w fresh  tomatoes  possibly a sandwich of some sort or soup

red wine ( w lunch or early dinner ) 

one can light beer when i get home at 11:30 at nite 

popcorn (  air popped of course )
