WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
Good Morning LW'S!!!!! I'm a happy camper today! I'm walking around with wet feet but my carpets look great! They were so bad we thought we might have to replace them all but they did an awesome job cleaning them.
Have a Beautiful Sunday!! Anything exciting happening????
We have 3 of the Grandbabies today. Pappy just took the two 4 yr. olds on the golf cart. They are going for an adventure. They each have their binoculars and little sticky tablets and pens so they can make maps. They are just too darn cute. He took the camera so I can expect some cute pictures when they get back.
My house so so clean I've decided to wash curtains and windows today. I realized this weekend that I don't mind cleaning when I know it's going to stay that way for more than a few minutes.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!
