- A few cups of tea with almond milk, Black coffee
- Homemade Ultra low carb Protein Waffle made with cashews, coconut flour and pea protein. 1 tbsp of homemade lower calorie sugar free nutella (half the calories of traditional)
- Tandoori pulled crockpot chicken with spinach, roast cauliflower and a garbanzo bean flour and veggie patty. I know strange combo but I was in a daze as I pulled stuff out of the freezer for lunch this morning. LOL
- Homemade protien bar (toasted shredded coconut, coconut flour and syntrax matrix simply vanilla) coated in homemade chocolate (coconut oil, cocoa and honey.)
- Baked skinless, boneless chicken breast stuffed with 2 laughing cow goat cheese squares and wrapped in proscuitto (it's a BIG breast so I'll eat half today and have the other half for dinner tomorrow). Roast beets and brussel sprouts.
- May have a slice of homemade cranberry lime almond flour with pea protein loaf cake for a snack if I feel like it.
- 4 prunes to help with you know! :))
