WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I just reordered mine.  After being without for a month last time, I am gun shy.  It wasn't on back order this time.

Was rainy this morning but has cleared up.  I have gotten the top of my desk cleaned off and have more to do.  Mammagram this afternoon then Muscle Pump.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

It's a weight lifit class with music.  It last an hour and we work every muscle group.  I wasn't sure i could do it but I can and I really like it and feel like it is a great workout.  Lots more fun than the machines.  I have even increased the amount of weight I am using for several things since I started.

Everytime I say I'm not going to let it run out but when the time comes to order I put it off.  I hope I learned my lesson this time!  Supplement Warehouse was out so I tried the Lucky Vitamin again.  I talked to a guy on line to see if it was in stock before I ordered.  He was from our home town...strange....and he had the order sent out right away.  Ordered Friday and got today....YEAH!

I think it's time for my yearly checkup too so I better get in scheduled.
