I think eating a lot less fast food has been good for DH too even though he won't admit it...lol

Happy birthday and thanks for all you do. Even though I'm not posting there on a regular basis, I look forward to your Miles and Menus post every day. It's good to have people ahead of us who have gone the way (of maintenance) and can't help us newer folks on the road.
