WOW...HAS IT BEEN 4 YEARS ALREADY?????
It's been a pretty easy road for me. I had a little Depression for a few weeks but that soon past. Other than having my gall bladder out I haven't been sick more than a few days.
My tool is still working and reminds me when I need to stop. I still get food stuck when I don't chew and get the hiccups when I have taken a bite to much. Dumping is still a reality for me and although it is an inconvience It keeps me in check.
I look back at pictures and I can see what others saw when I got to my low. I looked pretty sickly. I still regret starting maintenance at that point because I wish I would have let my body stop on it's own. I only had 3 pounds to go to reach 100 pounds lost....I'm jealous of those gold apples...LOL I feel really good at my current weight but still dream of 115. I'm hoping since DD and family moved out I might get closer to it without so much junk food in the house.
Posting on OH LW's has been my only Support Group and I am so thankful for all of the love, caring, and knowledge I have gotten from all of the LW's.
