Sorry I just saw your message and replied.  I'm at my DIL's tonight staying with her since my DS is out of town.  I have to travel for work tomorrow.

 can of  99% fat free ravioli at 6  in the morning  hooked up with powdered garlic, pizza seasoning and good parmesan

one easy over egg w butter buds 

protein coffee latte ( 2 scoops)   and one fresh  red pepper from the garden 

rest of day- probably some kind of meat sndwich like roast beest or vegetarian tofu based

red wine n lite beer ( life is to short not to enjoy it in my opinion)  n maybe  a few slices of fresh mozzarell 

air popped popcorn

hopefully I'l remember to drink enouf ( booring )  water ti keep the cramps at bay ...
