tired , sick and lazy today. Had a plan to clean out the clothes , but im back in bed. This is what I have planned out for the day. I'm sure it's close to 150 grams of protein and maybe 3 carbs.
I'm hunting again Wednesdy thru Sunday so I'd better be well by then!
