WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Your Surgiversary is tomorrow! Whoop whoop whoop! Look at how amazing you've done. What consistency! You prove that maintenance of weight loss is possible!

 Morning Roz , and everyone else! 
Im still sick , grrr
 protein drink X4 100 grams protein 
 antelope roast 2 oz
 pork chop 2 oz , 3 carrots
string cheese, pepperoni 

tired , sick and lazy today. Had a plan to clean out the clothes , but im back in bed. This is what I have planned out for the day. I'm sure it's close to 150 grams of protein and maybe 3 carbs. 
I'm hunting again Wednesdy thru Sunday so I'd better be well by then!

B - 2 protein coffees
2nd B - a few bites of egg, bacon, grits and a protein coffee
S - cream cheese and NutThins 
S- Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake and white chicken chili
D - going out--a mushroom appetizer and several shrimp I shared with a grand baby
