Sunday Weigh In

What is funny is that I always have my highest weight of the week on Sunday, at least since I have been working on Sunday's.  I think it's because I usually weigh at about 10am most days and on Sunday's I weigh at about 7am.  I think I get rid of a lot of bodily fluids in those three hours, to put it in a nice way.  Last week my weight on Tuesday was 104.8, Wednesday 105.2, Thursday 104.6 but on the days I get up very early it is always a pound or two higher.  Not a big deal as it still shows whether or not I have lost from the previous week, I just found it interesting.
I'm glad I only work 3 days a week.  I have having a hard time getting in all my fluids and snacks when I am working.  I bring a big lunch pack full of what I need but I get too busy and I hate to drink too much in the evening since I go to bed early and I don't want to be getting up all the time to use the bathroom.  And by the time I get home I am too tired to even go into the kitchen, much less fix myself anything.  I just find myself going for a RTD protein shake or protein bar.  And since I go to bed so early I am down at least one or two snacks.  I usually eat my snacks after dinner but now I crawl into bed.

Sorry you are having issues getting all your food/liquids in on the days you work...that has to be hard but at least you are stable in your weight. That is good, Tazz!

Sorry Im a day late.  Worked 16 hours yesterday.  When I got home I realized that I had taken one of the walkie talkie type things home with me.  I had to drive all the way back to work to return it.  It was a good thing too because apparently those things are about 400 dollars a peice.  So never got a chance to get on last night.

Anyway yesterday

Doing good...

Don't you hate having to drive all that distance just because you forgot something...too bad they wouldn't let you wait til you worked again to return it.

Down 1lb my DS isn't broken - yet!! I'm on hol so my internet access is a bit random hence the late post... we'll see what it does to my weight next week though. I'm aiming for ~120g protein a day, 80+oz fluid (62+ water) and still keeping carbs low. I did have a big bowl of strawberries yesterday... I think my 'cheats' are sensible ones though (it's better than not giving in and then having a chocolate binge so I'll gladly take slow and steady).

You are doing good.

Enjoy your holiday!

And dark chocolate does have antioxidants that are good for us...so having a small bit isn't the issue. The key is moderation!
