Very, very long day today. I left home before 7:30am this morning and got home about 8:45pm. I think we worked out a deal for me to pick up the extra work. I'll just have to see how much time it requires.

I live in Wyoming! It's how we hunt and prep it. I do not like game or anything gamey! We don't shoot what has been running around, only calm grazers. We also do not gut the animal, we immediately take off the hide, quarter the meat and throw it in a cooler of ice. Antelope is my favorite. Way better than deer. No game or stink! It's all how you do it from the beginning!
