Good Morning. If you start your day out grazing...
I really have to work on the grazing issue. It does help to have solid protein. Migraines are very painful and I hope that yours subsides soon. Also, I hope that hear soon about the contract. Not knowing must be the most difficult thing to go through. At least, if you know, you can start dealing with the reality.

I've been dealing with these headaches for 7 months now. It's a ***** but I am learning how to live with them and not let them keep me from living my life.
Nuts are very easy to graze on. I do fine if I measure out my 1/4 cup but tonight I just grabbed the can and I kept eating. I grabbed my little cup, too, that I use to measure them in but having the can with me made it too easy to eat more. I allow myself to graze as long as it's a somewhat controlled graze but those grazes that have no concrete end time are not good for me so I will remember to keep the nuts measured out so I can always grab them that way instead of the can. I usually keep a selection of packaged foods handy so I have something handy to eat. Sometimes I eat all of them, sometimes one or two or none. Now I am feeling kind of bloated and thinking of skipping dinner altogether since it is almost 8 and I still am not hungry for it.
I usually don't start the day grazing. I have a pretty structured breakfast and lunch. It's just after lunch and before dinner that I may eat more snacks. One thing that I think helps keep me from grazing more is that I am very diligent about not drinking with meals or 30 minutes afterwards. I am also very diligent about getting in at least 100 oz in so after I eat something I set the timer on my phone for 30 minutes so I can get in more fluids. I don't let myself eat anything else until I have drank at least 32 oz, then I have something else to eat and wait another 30 minutes, get in another 32 oz, and so on. I am rarely hungry, I just keep this routine up so I get in enough to eat and drink during the day.
