OT: Nova Sure today
Well, as I write this, I'm still groggy from the anesthesia. My OB/GYN wanted me to have a general. I had hoped he would change his mind so I wouldn't be so groggy, but he said that it is painful during and he didn't want to risk me moving, so no spinal. He said I wouldn't want to remember how it is done. Anyway, he said it went well and that the burn off looked good. I am in some pain, feels like labor did. I do have some good pain med, but I'm hoping to only need it for a few days. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for the prayers and the critter swinging. Right now I feel awful, but I don't do well with anesthesia, so I imagine I will be sleeping a lot.
I hope you bounce right back quickly. Take it easy.

Get some rest and get the anesthesia out of your system - you'll feel better after that! I know anesthesia kicks my butt now...

Thanks Everyone,
I am doing a little better. Still really tired, but I am trying to rest. I spent all day Wed, in ER with DH. He woke up in the middle of the night and said the room was spinning. Turns out, he has vertigo. Poor guy, I was sitting next to him and he kept telling me he was sorry and that he was supposed to be taking care of me. He couldn't walk or keep his head up, yet he was worried about me. What a guy.
