WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
My scales have creeped back up again....UGH. It's not carbs for me it's SUGAR that I just can't handle. Time to cut out the sugar again. I warned my friend who is having surgery in Jan. to avoid "bad" carbs and sugar as long as she can! It is so easy to get hooked on them!

I agree on the sugar and carbs. I can get hooked on sugar a lot faster than carbs!! Luckily I can't eat as much sugar, but I can manage enough...
