 Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

The Party was a huge success.  Mom didn't have a lot of guests but just our family alone was a lot.  Mom didn't even notice.  It started at 2:00 and I held off until a little after 4 before I ate anything.  I knew that if a I started too early it would be an all day food fest.

We went out to eat after church and a friend of mine told me she is havimg an RNY in January.  We had talked about it over a year ago but she finally decided to go for it.  I'm so excited for her!  I invited her to our boards but I don't know if she will check in. 

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Lunch:    Went to a buffet after church and concentrated on Protein, 2 bites of cheesecake.

Hi Roz,
I saw the picture of you, your sister, a guy and your mom.  Was that your brother?  Looks like y'all had a great time.  You didn't eat any of that cake!!  It looked yummy-you know that is my weakness.

Hope your friend will come to the board.  I think this support is so very important.  Tell her we are nice!!

The potatoes are the small potatoes I cooked in the roast and I cut it in half.

Yes, that was my brother.  We can't figure out how he got so tall.  I had 2 small bites right before I left.  I stressed that we are nice!  I hope she drops by too.  She has been thinking about doing this for a really long time.

I eat Popcorn on most nights.  It really helps me go to the bathroom. I have to buy the 100 calories ones because I can't control myself to eat the bigger bags.  Houston and I use to share a small one but now he wants his own.   I loves to sit and watch the bag expanding.  He won't be able to do that at his new house because it's above the stove.

 Thanks! I upped my protein drinks and a little less food for now. I sit at 800-900 calories aday.

I've done better today, no candy and carbs at the horse show.  Headed back down the right road.  It is cold and rainy here and I need to be cleaning and packing the trailer but just want to stay inside.

Glad to hear you are being successful decarbing!  I was doing so good and then I slipped for a few days.  Back to getting off of sugar again.

It's pretty cold here too.  I cuddled under a blanket most of Sunday.
