Good morning, Gina....not much going on here. But then again, it's just another day for us.

The puppies are spending much more time inside since it turned cool. It's also raining today so they won't be outside much. Cats are NOT happy!

It wouldn't be so bad for the kitties except Conner has it in his head that he needs to herd them. And they do NOT want to be herded. Conner is also VERY loud to them and has this high pitched bark that can be earpeircing.

Poor Newton...ours were suppose to have theirs yesterday but we decided once it turned chilly to go to every other week, unless they get exceedingly dirty.

Newton came back exceedingly dirty at both ends...

Conner needs some goats to herd and they would help with the undergrowth around your place too. You could wake up to baah, baah, woof, woof, meow, meow every morning. Add in a herd of moos and you'd have some of my favorite childhood sounds.

Well, the undergrowth here is beyond help plus would not want to move the goats next year...but the thought HAS crossed my mind for after we move. That and chickens along with a garden, etc...

We want about 2-5 acres to play on and being totally dependent on outside sources makes me nervous these days.

I could use the goats milk in numerous ways!

Off work today...yeah! Supposed to be out on a date hiking (third date!!) but it is rainy and cold so no go. I am going to go to the park and walk and then a run to Target (which always makes me happy!). I did lots of work around the house this weekend so today is a "free" day.

Off to make my protein coffee....

I have the day off.... Sorta. I will be cooking 4 different meals today and chocolate chips cookies for our ten day Elk hunting trip coming soon. It's so nice to know all I need is a package of meatt and cheese for me and I'm not going to starve! The rest is for the Guys .I love the new me! I made the 25 pound mark today! 8 weeks out and 25 pounds! No more lasagna days for me, I can do this! I hope you all enjoy your day off!
