 Yes lots if lean meat! 4 antelope 2 mule deer and we still have 2 white tails to get next weekend and 3 elk tags to fill! We really dont eat beef anymore. Especially since I can see the calorie difference beef and wild game. We butcher our own so it's very clean and lean. Lots of work and well worth it. We do raise out own beef , grass fed critters, next year we'll have one of them too. So much meat we end up giving a lot to my brothers . Never wasted!

Man! I pay so much for grass-fed beef around here. I get hamburger, chuck and brisket, it's still expensive. I love the flavor though.

M 19,000!!! No that's not a typo, I went to central London w DH & some of the tube stops weren't working so we walked. Plus I walked to get my breakfast instead of driving. It was a very hectic day and my protein was a little low for what I like, but I guess 111 is OK for a bad day

Actually I should've added another 15g protein to breakfast, so total protein is 126g and I'm happy with that (I had the same breakfast today and re-calculated).
