Hi Gina,

Wonder where everyone is today.  We had a really busy morning.  Took DGD#2 to the Cowpoke Carnival here.  She had a great time.  Then DH and I had to go grocery shopping.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Slice of Brok's Pizza(this is awesome)
D:  Roast Beef, 1/2 potato, carrots, onions

That pizza is delicious and so easy to make.  I have been eating on it since Thursday.  I can only hold 1 piece and it is just as good heated in the microwave.  I bought some sausage crumbles today.  DH loved it also.  I am going to make another tomorrow to eat on next week with sausage and turkey pepperoni.  I know it has lots of fat, but that doesn't seem to bother me-it actually helps with the bathroom problems!!

If you're keeping your carbs low some fat in your diet is a good thing according to Atkins and Paleo.

I left the house at 6 and just got home.  Have been score keeper at a horse show and have to be back in the morning.  Crazy eating.

Did have a few??? mini snickers too.  Not going to do my "no carb" any good.
