If someone could start M&M for us tomorrow morning that would be great! We are having an Open House for my Mom's 80th BD and I have a lot to do.

B - LOTS of coffee...
L - leftover chicken wings and some slices of fried pickles
S - small pack of Ritz PB crackers. Found them in my car and you'd think I was addicted to crack or something the way I went after them - darned carbs!!
D - Went to my daughters for leftovers which consisted of Chicken carbanara (carbs - but for some reason that meal fills me up fast). Then we went to my folks' place. After that we stopped at McD's and shared a hamburg/fries. I ate 1/2 my hamburg and some fries - she and Wynn shared the rest of the fries. She had the pumpkin shake - OMG - it was like a frozen pumpkin pie. I had two itsy bitsy sips. SO glad I can't handle sugar now.... When the Reactive Hypoglycemia first set in I thought it was awful, now I know it helps keep me in check.
vits: yes
water: ok

Have fun tomorrow. Take a picture with your mom and share with us!! I hope she has a blast.
I am off today. We went and did all of our weekly visiting today. One of DH's patients is not doing good at all. We don't think he is going to make it much longer. I am down to 2 with Hospice but still visit several others I've met at the nursing home. We went too early today and some were not quite awake yet!! DH took me out to lunch where I wanted to go - yeah.
Going to have DGD's pictures made this afternoon - hope the rain holds off.

Drove Chili for just long enought this morning to know he was still to lame to go to Ky next week. So the vet came to do a Health Certificate for Poppy and the farrier came to change her shoes and I washed her carriage so she will be the lucky pony who gets a trip. She would rather I take him, I'm sure.
I've been no carbing today since I have gained over the last 2 trips and am gone again for day trips over the weekend and then leave Tues for Ky. Let's hope it makes a difference.
