Good Morning. Going through withdrawals

It sounds like you are doing good Lee!  How is your friend doing?

 Hi Roz!!!   I am terrific. Feel pretty much back to normal after a week but I'm doing a lot of reading and movie watching. I go for a stroll to the grocery store but that's about it in this 99 degree heat.

My friend Nancy gets very lightheaded. When our surgeon was here yesterday he told he he has to stay in the hotel for two dys.  I'm glad for that. We walked cross the parking lot to a movie on Tuesday and she lost passed out in the parking lot walking back.  With my arm incisions, I'm powerless to catch her if she starts to fall.

I just bought my first Smartphone, the new iPhone 5 and I am in love with it. I can see how people need to have the phone with them all the time. One can do so many things with it.

Good luck on a positive outcome for the contract and congrats on the scale.

 I love my iPhone Gail but I told my son I love my iPad more than him!  Enjoy playing with your new toy!

LOL!! I had to update my phone service and went in to order the iphone and also ended up getting the new IPad!! I had about 1.5 weeks to play with the IPAD and just became more excited to get my phone, when I saw the potential for what I would be able to do with it. I love them both. I mostly bought the IPAD, because work is becoming more strict about using the computer for personal business and it is something that is highly portable and usable.

Isn't it crazy how attached we are to our phones.  If I happen to leave mine at home I'm confused the whole day.  It's amazing how many times in day I reach for it.

'Pre-DS cleansing ritual' - are you trying to be polite??

I was nibbling a bit of a toffee today (I've had less than half of one over 2 days - yes they're the type that a normal person would put the whole in their mouth in one go). Anyway I decided what I really wanted was tiramisu as the sugar just wasn't satisfying. I'm going to try and make some more tonight (I'm so not a cook, but that's close to being in my skill range).

I'm swinging critters for you on the job front.

BTW do you thing your iPhone 4S ended it all because it knew the iPhone 5 is out... I think the phone wants you to upgrade!!

I can tell you I would be freaking out without my iPhone!!!  Hope they get it fixed soon.

Last day of work for this week is today.  Been busy so far.  Our open enrollment starts next Tuesday so I had to get all the information out so it can go to the other locations Monday morning.  Trying to uncover my desk.

I had my appointment with the PCP doctor about my twitching legs - she was clueless.  Told me to drink gatorade - told her I probably couldn't do that but might can find something else that doesn't have all the sugar.  I got some Powerade Zero.  She said maybe my electrolites were off.  If not better in a week, she wants me to go to a neurologists.  I already drink all day(45 minutes after meals) so I don't know when I am going to fit something else in, but I'll try...  She did get my dexa scan scheduled for next Tuesday.
