Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

It is soooo nice to post on a desk top computer! I get so discouraged trying to post on my IPad that I don't even want to do it.

Happy Over the Hump Day!!! 3 days into October already! I made a batch of Pizza Chips last night. I used a bag of Turkey Suasage Crumbles and then I ground up the left over ham from dinner the night before. My SIL started eating them fresh out of the oven..... I bagged them and put them in the freezer as soon as I could! He was probably wondering where they went...LOL.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 2 small flourless PB cookies
Lunch: Vegetable Soup
Snack: 1 Cheese Stick

Dinner: Grilled KFC and 3 bites of cole slaw

Still stuck at 158 😠. I know it takes time, I need to not look at other people's weight loss. I see their huge losses and it gets me down. I know this will take a year or more. I'm just scared ill get stuck this fat. Anyway I decided to start posting my meals so if you guys seem anything I should be doing better you'd tell me. Happy Wednesday!

YUM... I love ham and bean soup!  I probably should have made some soup with my leftover ham instead of Pizza Chips.

Try upping your Protein for about 3 days and then drop back down and see if you can kick start your weight loss.

 I can add 50 more grams of protein , but that will put me close or at 1200 calories is that ok? I'm so scared to eat more because that's what got me here! I will add protein web I get home. And I'll drop it Saturday ? Thanks for your advice!

 If you add in using protein drinks it shouldn't add that many calories. Mix them in water so you don't have the added carbs.

Hi Roz,

Only one more work day for me this week after today.  I'm off Friday!!  I have got to get my vacation time down before January. 

I have the turkey sausage crumbles, but haven't made the Pizza Chips yet.  Sometimes I take the crumbles and put them in a frying pan, break an egg over them, add some cheese and scramble it all together.  I love it and so easy if I'm in a hurry or really late eating.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Salad w/ rasp. vineg dressing, some ham & pork chop - cleaning the fridge out

Water/Fluids:  50 ozs so far

 I have 2.5 days I have to use by Nov. 1st and the I start over. 

That does sound good. I need to get some egg beaters. They don't make me sick like real eggs.

 Hi Roz!  Drove back to MI last night... long drive, after work too boot.  Then it started raining, and all those d*mn semis on the toll road... throwing road spray up, etc.  But that was in OH.  

B - coffee
L - 6 frozen chicken wings (I cooked them first).  I thought all Tysons wings were precooked?  These weren't... not a good surprise...
D- IDK what DD is making

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

 I Hate driving on the turnpike. DH and I used our GPS fand went back roads this past weekend and it was such a pleasant drive but we didn't have to deal with the rain.

I always thought Tyson was precooked too. That would definitely be a shock.

V Kinda - just noticed that my Vitalady pre-packaged vites have been mislabeled. I had 2 evening packs side by side and noticed they contained different vites!!
