WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I Apologize for being so busy!   I didn't even have time to order my Cookie Mint Protein and I was sooooo bummed this morning.

 Hi Roz!  Guess what?  I had a protein drink yesterday!  Yea.. didn't taste that great but now it's gone.

I'm heading back to Michigan - not sure if it is today or not.  I'm packed and ready to head out from work if need be.   ETA:  Yes, i drove back to MI today...

L -  chili I brought in, or both.
D - maybe the pizza if I drive. - well forgot the pizza in the frig at work... bought a ham/cheese sandwich on wheat bread and ate that.  Of course I ate the 2nd half when i wasn't hungry and paid for it while driving... grrrr - you'd think I would know by now!
