WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Happy Monday to You ALL!!!!   I'm hoping to get a chance to catch up on some of your M&M posts and Board Posts...life has been busy lately.

The scale was a wake up jolt this morning after a off eating weekend. Today needs to be NO carb, not just LOW carb but we'll see.
It's raining all day here so no playing with ponies but I have muscle pump this evening.

decaf protein coffee 33g
eggbeaters, cheese, turkey bacon
lemon tea 13g
bean soup (there goes the no carb)
pizza chips
chicken, green beans
protein shake 33g

Mine was too after several weekends of eating bad.....parties and weddings....with 2 more birthdays this weekend.

I don't really think of beans as carbs.

I hate being so busy that I grab and go.  The scales are showing it!  I've got to start taking more time to prepare for the week.  I usually do that on the weekends but they have been so filled.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (4 carbs)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (9+4+2=15 carbs)
S - JayRobb protein bar (12 carbs)
L - protein shake (11 carbs)
S - 1/2 cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds (12 carbs)
D - bunless burger (0 carbs)
***54 carbs (goal - no more than 70 net carbs)

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done 
iron: done  
evening batch: starting after dinner   

MILES:
walking (9,736 steps so far)

Adjustments:
1/4 cup almonds this morning (6 carbs)
1/4 cup more of sunflower and pumpkin seeds (6 carbs)
2 slices of fresh tomato (2 carbs)
