WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

My son-in-laws sister is getting married today. DD and SIL are in the wedding so DH and I will be there to help with the boys. I'm sure none nof his family will want to deal with spilled food, baby puke, or diapers on this important day. My SIL is black so he tells me this is going a to be a new experience for us. I love his family and I'm rather excited about it.

B Starbucks Caramel Lite Frapp + 2 scoops protein (Oh, how I miss you --- it's been a month)

D fajita chicken and a few chips.

Had some yukky acid last night so I thought the Frap might do better on my stomach than the Roadside Lemonade. =) Excuses... excuses...
