I guess there was a movie and/or song called Laura.  My mother gave me the middle name of Lynn in case I went into show business she thought it was a good stage name, better then my last name.  All my daughters have Lynn in their names and one of my grand daughter's middle name is Lynn, although my daughter claims she forgot it was my middle name, she just liked it.   2. I heard that line too...when I had my tonsillectomy in 2002, I really wanted to be able to eat ice cream after but turns out it was TOO cold and hurt my throat. I had to stick to broth and pudding and jello.
