this week         118, not my scale but I'll take it

Holding steady is fine.  I'd rather be 116-117 but with all the traveling, I am fine here.

LOL Price, I'd take it too. With traveling, it's harder to stay on track.

I bet you are loving it! And you are doing great.

Now, at week 3 or 4 most of us had our body stop losing for a week or so...it's like it goes "what in the hell did you do to me???" Then it kicks back in.

Several VSG vets have warned me about that first stall. When DH hit his, the scale didn't move, but he lost inches. I'll be happy to take that too. I really like this weekly weigh in, it helps us all to stay focused, kind of like WW without the expense.

Since I only tried WW ONE time decades ago...I had forgotten about that. :) I just know it got started and the person who did it had to stop but many of us liked the idea...so I picked up the ball and started running with it.

Many of us need this weekly accounting to ourselves and with others. I know *I* do!

Last week 104.8
This week 106
Total change +1.2

I've been weighing myself at a different time in the morning since I have been working so that may account for the difference in my weight.  We'll see where it's at next week.

It might...interesting to see where it falls next week or if this was just a glitch.

Hope the job is going well still.
