123 this morning and yesterday morning too.  

I'm off to Whole Foods then tanning. Old dog got me up at 3AM this morning but I was able to go back to sleep for about an hour. Nap, or naps, are on tap for today.

Glad you went back to sleep...it's a LONG day when you get woke up that early!

Have fun spending money at Whole Paycheck! I like the store...but find I can find most of that stuff at Fresh Market or Earth Fare. Of course, the fact that the closest Whole Foods to us is in Chattanooga, over an hour away makes a difference.

Haven't lost in the last couple of weeks but then I've been bad too.  So much work stress and I've found lay self slipping again.  Got to get my chit together ready for summer clothes and to be able to wear white cropped pants.

still hovering around 71.3kgs (157.1lbs)

You aren't being bad...just making incorrect food choices. I don't see that as bad behavior. Just not one that my body needs.

It's slow going after the first months...we have to remember we didn't get there fast, getting it back down isn't fast either...but far faster than without surgery.

Those months I lost very little were the months my inches disappeared.

Keep it up, you'll get there.

Last week 109.6

Up a bit, but within range my average for the week was 109.8. Same as the week before.

looks like everyone is doing well:)

i missed last week weight in i believe...i was so busy i don't even remember! *facepalm* now that i am a lot less busy now, i am back on track and my weight loss picked up this week.

last week 161.8
this week 159.8

2lbs down

9lbs till goal and normal bmi

1lb from 100lbs lost

i must confess i am taking in more carbs than i like... but my body stay consistant with loss... i have been at this pace for several months. i am thinking that when i reach goal to start crossfit, see if i can tone up my body or even lose a bit more... don't know yet...
