I'm off to Whole Foods then tanning. Old dog got me up at 3AM this morning but I was able to go back to sleep for about an hour. Nap, or naps, are on tap for today.

Glad you went back to sleep...it's a LONG day when you get woke up that early!
Have fun spending money at Whole Paycheck! I like the store...but find I can find most of that stuff at Fresh Market or Earth Fare. Of course, the fact that the closest Whole Foods to us is in Chattanooga, over an hour away makes a difference.

i missed last week weight in i believe...i was so busy i don't even remember! *facepalm* now that i am a lot less busy now, i am back on track and my weight loss picked up this week.

i must confess i am taking in more carbs than i like... but my body stay consistant with loss... i have been at this pace for several months. i am thinking that when i reach goal to start crossfit, see if i can tone up my body or even lose a bit more... don't know yet...
