I think I'm stuck at another stall. Also up one pound, back to 159. I hope it's a stall and this isn't all the weight that I'm going to lose , since I'm such a " lightweight". Any encouragement would be great. I have at times gone over my carbs , but have stayed between 500-800 calories. My WLS was August 6.

I would try upping your protein and calories and fluids. I had a 3 week stall and then a gain, but am still losing Good luck!

Oh - you're not done... you're less than 2 months out!  Like Mandy suggested, up your protein and be sure you're getting your fluids in.

Oh, you aren't even close to done...

I went up a few months before I reached normal BMI...then I stalled for almost 6 months before dropping 5 more lbs.

Up your protein, fluids, and watch your carbs.

I am so glad to read this post.  I am feeling the same way.  I have been in a stall for two weeks then up a pound.  I'm only 5 mos out and I hope I'm not "nearly" done either.....I am trying to get 100 grams of protien in a day, but I am struggling with my liquids.  I usually get 65-80 oz a day.  I'm getting tired of the water with crystal light.  I've tried them all.  I like plain water, but since surgery it sits very heavy on my stomach.  My calories are 800-1000.

I can't do plain water...but homemade lemonade (flavored with splenda in my case) or tea works.

My protein is 80-100 plus. I will cut carbs and add water. My water is right at 64 a day.
