Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Thursday already!  We had casual day today.  The jeans I ordered haven't come yet  so I'm in dress clothes.  I sure hope at least one of them fit!!!

Hi Roz,

DIL had an appointment this morning and they heard and saw the heartbeat of our little one.  Due date is 5/11/13!!

I had to go with DD to the doctor for a follow up from last week.  They think it is chronic appendicitis that does not show on a CT scan.  So if she has it again - they will operate.  This is 2 times in 6 months.

Eats have not been good today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

S:  Sausage biscuit (McDonalds) ate the bottom of the biscuit & the sausage)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink - dropped my blender bottle and busted it

Today  is my first day of purees, so far, so good. I need to try to get in the habit of posting.

B: protein shake with skim milk 37 g

L: 1/4 cup cottage cheese (it was so good, and it settled well) 7g

S: 1/4 cup organic applesauce

S: tall skinny sf vanilla latte (meeting friends @ Starbucks later) 6g

D: 1/4 cup refried beans 3g

S: nectar protien drink 23g

Carbs will be a little high today, I know it will be easier once I can eat more variety.

Excercise: treadmill later

Lots of work stuff today and a meeting then water Zumba this evening.  I hate these 6pm classes.  It is so hard to get supper in the oven before I go so I can eat when I get home, get the horses done, etc.  But at the same time, I know I push more when I am in a class instead of working out on my own.
