Does this sound like dumping syndrome?

I'm here at work, and made my usual afternoon cup of decaffeinated orange tea. I used some cream and equal in it. Usually I use 3 packets of equal, but without really thinking, I grabbed 4. So we are talking artificial sweetener, not the real sugar. Immediately after drinking it, my heart started racing, I started feeling 'strange', and immediately went to the bathroom twice with diahrrea. How likely is it that I'm dumping off of artificial sweetener? Has this happened to anyone here before?
Thanks for listening,

Thanks for your response...
I should have mentioned that the creamer had less than 1 g of sugar in it...so I didn't think it was the creamer...but who know???
I felt shaky, a little warm, rapid heartbeat, and diahhrea for about 30 minutes and it suddently went away....
Yes - it does sound like dumping. Early out you are much more sensitive to pretty much anything. Artificial sweetners can affect each person differently. They didn't really seem to bother me - but it may have been to you.
Also - keep an eye on sugar alcohols - they can also affect you strangely too (diareah)...

I am 5 mos out and I get that feeling ALOT of the time, mine usually happens with too many carbs, I don't eat anything white, it usually happens with beans or salad... I don't get diarrhea, but the fast heart beat and hot feeling....I am hoping as I get farther out, I will be able to tollerate lettuce. From what I've read I think its reactive hypoglycemia.
