Nope. My smoothies are not pre-made. I find I can better control both my carbs and sugars if I make my own. I also think mine taste better than the pre-made stuff.
I calculated my caloric intake out over the last week or so. I'm getting between 450 and 800 calories a day. Yesterday I cheated and had some ice cream (most definitely not my normal). So I actually hit 800 calories for the first time. How many calories should I be aiming for? That's another thing not covered by my surgeon or nutritionist - at least not in my paperwork.

I would think it would be hard to go to sleep after attending a Revival meeting. I can't even Pray before going to bed because I can't stop once I get going....lol
I need to start getting to bed earlier. I think that will probably be a lot easier after DD moves. With her coming home at 10:00 I usually stay up and talk to her for awhile.
