Vet and farrier where here this am and Chili has shoes but is still lame. So he will have to stay home from the show this weekend in hopes that he will be ready to go to Ky in Oct. If not, Poppy can go but she would rather the little guy go (me too). Anyway, been working on the quilt and going to meetings and getting ready to head to a new class at the gym called muscle pump. I hope I can keep up.

I did ok in the class but I sure am sore today. I was sticking with light weights but I will definately go back. It is a good workout for sure. I could keep up as well as most and better than some.

The girls here at work go to Zumba and some strengthening class and love the burn and sweat. I just can't picture liking that at my age but then I read your messages and I feel like such a wimp. My shoulders and neck are aching just from carrying the 7 month old around and he is only 20 lbs.

You crack me up. I do enjoy Zumba and the strenght stuff. You just keep walking. It is so good for you with everything from keeping the weight off to depression and dementia. Walk on Ms Roz
