Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

I'm meeting DH for lunch.  He is having a cheeseburger with fresh cut fries and I'm going to take my Salmon Cake with me.  Now to just stay out of his fries!!!

Rode Poppy this morning, packed the trailer and got the shopping done.  Getting ready to start on a trifle to take for desert tomorrow night.

I did it Price!  I knew that if I posted that I was going to try and stay out of his fries I'd be able to do it.

I tried the PB and graham cracker and I didn't get much kick out of it....   I prefer my graham crackersssss dipped in hot tea.

I'd steal a fry or 2, but my idea is to prevent a binge. I know I can do diets perfectly until one day I crack and them I'm totally off the wagon, so that's my plan for now. If I stall I'll have to re-think it, but at nearly 9 weeks out I've not stalled yet (I really expected to by now given this is my 2nd WLS and I'm not a stranger to failure).

I wasn't even tempted with the fires.  If I had been I would have taken a couple of I'd be craving something else when I got back to the office. 

I only had a couple of short stalls during honeymoon period.

Good Protein total!
