Menus and Miles Monday Sept. 17th

Today was super busy, and I ended up eating candy (rare for me, but I love the occasional Kit Kat) that I grabbed at the checkout while running errands on my lunch break. That Kit Kat was delicious though, and myfitnesspal tells me that I am at 1205 calories and 80 grams protein for today, so yay.
I'm a RNY pre-op trying to lose some weight before surgery diet:
breakfast: premier vanilla protein shake
snack: v8 low sodium 5.5 ounce
snack/ lunch: Kit Kat (regular size)
late lunch: chocolate caramel powerbar
snack: 100 cal guacamole pack and handful of tostitos scoops
dinner: chicken burger with goat cheese and tabouleh on flatout foldit
I'm liking having this protein shake for breakfast instead of yogurt. I think I'll stick with this and have yogurt as a snack from now on. Am getting better with spreading out my food through the day and staying closer to the 1200 cal mark.
