She is starving and totally miserable!!  The boiled egg and crackers would be a very filling meal for me too.

Do you think if you added some unsweetened applesauce it might help them not be so dry?  Just a spoonful or two not enough to change the taste.

I didn't start diets on a Monday - I was either on or off a diet and there wasn't much in between. Anyways...

I started WW so many times that I didn't even know when my diets started or stopped.  I just know that when Monday's came that I needed to make up for what I ate over the weekend....how stupid was that and why did I wait so long to have surgery!!!

What in the world is a Fromage frais and a Big King?

Thanks for replaying and sending the websites!  I occassionaly have a Whopper Jr. but I can't eat the whole thing. Do you eat the bun? 

I haven't heard of anything we might have that is similar to the cheese. Do you eat in plain or do you add things in for flavor?

I forgot to put that I didn't have the bun. I can't as it gives me gas and I will do just about anything to avoid gas.

I sweeten the fromage frais with stevia and erythritol.

Yep, I eat a little more freely on weekends, or at least differently...maybe a little.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sunflower seeds
D - steak, green beans and red taters

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch:

MILES:
walking (7,800 steps)

The weekends are so unpredictable out our house.  One of the girls will call and DH and I are out the door. I am a lot more active on the weekends which probably helps a little.
