Menus and Miles Saturday September 15th
Actually - I had someone on another board make a suggestion. Go to a grocery store that has a food bar and get finger foods - grapes, cheese cubes, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, etc and eat that in the car. In VA they're plentiful, not so much here in MI, but I'll look before I leave on Sunday.
I always look at the nuts in the stores but know they're not my best choice either. I'll eat them all... then they make me feel bad... not just emotionally, but my pouch too...
