Westinghouse moved there and there is a decent size Industrial Park. TJ works in RIDC Park on Route 28. It's just on the outskirts of Pgh. too. He might have to go to some of the local businesses and start handing out his resume.

I'll make to 13,000 steps by bedtime, but I'm getting a heart rate monitor as I only did the rebounding to get the steps in - a heart rate monitor will push me to work harder, in my defence the workout only just won against having a siesta, I need to more exercise in the AM on a weekend!!

I do not take "munchies" with me in the car - and never have. I know I'll snack the whole time and will feel miserable.. and I have to be careful with my sugar.
