Good Morning LW's!!!! Only 4 posters yesterday!! I know our menus are rather boring but is there anything I can do to spice up M&M?
MAINTENANCE...ALMOST 4 YEARS OUT.......

Protein: Matrix Cookie Mint Protein 35g
Lunch: 1 Salmon Patty
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: chicken strip
Dinner: Cheeseburger on 100% wheat thin bread
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: Pumpkin Pie filling (made with Splenda and FF canned milk) with a little SS cool whip
