So sorry to hear this Ellen. I have a rare lung disease and the pre-registration nurse was pretty freaked about it. My surgery is scheduled for Monday - I'm having it done 2 hours from home because that's where my pulmonologist is and one close to where I live would not agree to assist in surgery or be on call.

Just be thankful you have good doctors looking out for you - I know I am!
