I messed up a bit today, I was so hungry when I got in from work I 'snacked' on tiramisu and didn't have room for dinner. Note to self, have cheese as an afternoon snack!!

The base is cheese and egg.  I just find it a quick and easy way to get in 33g of protein for breakfast.

Except for the eggs it sounds just like the pizza chips. I put 1/4 cup of the mixture on parchment paper bake and have about 20 individual snacks.

Is that like cheese thins? You just put a cheese slice quartered onto parchmenet and microwave for 40 seconds.

No...you mix about several kinds of shredded cheese, susage, beef, turkey crumbles (whatever you like) and a little garlic powder (leaving out next time).  Scoop out 1/4 cups of the mixture onto parchment paper and bake.  It makes about 20 I think.  I put each one in a ziploc baggie and put them into the freezer then I grab one in the morning for a snack at work or on the road.

Basically your recipe without the eggs and made in individual pieces instead of on a pizza pan.
